Get bold. Get even. Garbo & Kelly Brows On Point Pencil combines the benefits of a powder and pomade, into one convenient, travel-friendly application method. This slanted, triangular tip mimics the natural direction and shape of brows, allowing you to achieve fuller brows. Garbo & Kelly Brows On Point Pencil is water resistant and long-lasting, allowing you to build a more intense, bolder finish, or to fill in sparse eyebrow areas. This double ended brow pencil comes complete with a soft spoolie eyebrow brush, so that you can spread and blend out pigment.

  • Brush through your brows first to work out their natural direction

  • Depending on your look, you can fill out any gaps in your brows

  • Use the fine tip at the top of the pencil to mimic brow hairs

  • Use the flat side to fill out gaps or to intensify your brows

  • Blend again with the spoolie for a more natural, diffused look
