CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the high demand of our services, we ask that prior to booking an appointment you agree to our terms and conditions. If our clinic booking policy is not suitable, we advise not going ahead with making a booking.

We require a minimum of 24 hour notice for all appointment cancellations and changes.

We send appointment reminders via email and text messages 48 hours in advance of your appointment and endeavour to confirm your appointment time to avoid cancellation fees. This is a complimentary service and we do not suggest it being your only form of remembering your appointment.

We understand that you may need to change your booking, we ask that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice by phoning the clinic during business hours to allow us enough time to offer that appointment to another client. Please leave a voicemail message if we are unavailable.

Please note that the clinic is closed on Mondays. Messages left on Mondays do not provide adequate notice for appointments taking place on Tuesdays therefore cancellation fees will apply to messages left outside business hours. 

If you are unable to provide adequate notice of cancellation due to any unforeseen circumstances, you may send someone in your place to avoid a cancellation fee.

 Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of reserved appointment(s)

‘NO SHOWS’ and last minute cancellations within 4 hours will be charged 100% of service amount

Late arrival to an appointment will result in the treatment being shortened OR if there is not sufficient time remaining to perform the treatment to our standard, it will be rescheduled. Full cost of the booked appointment apply to shortened or rescheduled appointments due to late arrival.

When a deposit has been pre-paid for a booking and there has been a late cancellation or no show, the deposit will be forfeited. 

In the case of pre-paid treatments, the full cost of treatment will be forfeited

This policy is to confirm your commitment to attending the scheduled appointment & to protect the clinics interest in the incident of late cancellations.

Thank you for being a valued client and for your understanding and cooperation. This policy will enable us to open otherwise unused appointments to better serve the needs of all Pure Skin clients.


GIFT VOUCHERS

As of November 1st 2019 all gift vouchers (purchased after this date) are valid for 3 years. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable or redeemable for cash. Gift vouchers must be presented in order to be redeemed. Gift vouchers may be exchanged for treatment of the same value or upgraded. Packages must be used as one booking.

Our cancellation policy also applies to Gift Vouchers: cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in 50% loss of the voucher value as per our cancellation policy.

Failure to attend a booked appointment will classify the voucher as used.

Prices are subject to change without notice, in which case, vouchers are honoured to the monetary value from the date of purchase.


REFUNDS & RETURNS

Treatment packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

We do not refund product or treatment purchases for change of mind, please choose carefully.

  • If you are unhappy with an item, it is faulty and would like to return it, we offer a 14 day refund and return policy from the date of your purchase. 

  • This only applies to items that are faulty or have not been opened or used

  • All items must be returned in their original condition

  • For faulty items you will be issued your choice of a refund or a replacement

  • Please ensure you have proof of purchase when you are returning an item

  • All return postage costs will be paid by the buyer, however if the item is faulty the postage costs may be refunded

PAYMENT POLICY

We accept Eftpos, Visa, MasterCard, Cash, unfortunately we don’t accept AMERICAN EXPRESS.

We do not hold any personal client accounts, all appointments must be paid for in full at the time that they are performed.


PRICING POLICY

We reserve the right to alter prices without further notice. Treatment prices may vary from client to client based on their individual treatment needs and personalised treatment packages purchased.
